About Jo Turner
As a proud Army veteran who has moved 15 times, I understand the stress of relocating and am passionate about helping people find their perfect home in beautiful North Idaho. With extensive experience in real estate investing, flipping properties, running vacation rentals, and owning 16 single-family homes & 4 apartments, I’m dedicated to sharing my expertise to help clients maximize their investments. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom to my daughter Sydney who recently joined the Air Force and son Maverick who is a rockstar student at Lakeland High School. I also recently got married to my amazing husband Joe (yes, we are Jo Squared) in Spain and we love to travel as often as we can!
